Honda CR-Z
Meet the car that’s aiming to single-handedly overhaul the image of hybrid models as a ‘sensible’ choice. The CR-Z will be the first hybrid sports car,
offering buyers exciting, eco-friendly driving.

Power comes from a 1.5-litre petrol engine mated to a 13bhp electric motor. Working together, they produce a total of 126bhp. That means a 0-62mph time
of 9.7 seconds and a top speed of around 120mph. With an emphasis on driver involvement, the CR-Z comes with a six-speed manual gearbox, rather than the automatic or CVT transmission favoured by other hybrid models. Expect to pay around £18,000 when the CR-Z comes to the UK, with sales starting in July.
