Overfinch Range Rover tops £200,000

The Range Rover has once again been given the Overfinch custom treatment, with a truly exclusive price tag to match

You can now buy a new Range Rover for £205,000 and you've got Leeds-based tuning firm Overfinch to thank for that. Overfinch has once again turned its attention to the Land Rover's luxury SUV, designing a bespoke customisation of the standard Autobiography LWB car that is now the most expensive new Range Rover on the market. It's even more pricey than the £185,000 Holland & Holland special edition announced earlier this month.

Although Overfinch has a long history of performance tuning Land Rover and Range Rover products, this creation focuses on providing unrivalled luxury. It is said to be targeted at clientele who want the ultimate SUV to be chauffered in.

You'll be forgiven for expecting a lot for an outlay of £205,000, and Overfinch has delivered, with a host of luxury customisation features. The distinctive exterior features a Santorini Black paintjob, carbon-fibre bumper inserts, a signature grille and 22-inch diamond-turned alloy wheels. Inside, there's an electric sliding boot floor finished in leather and aluminium.

The interior is where the customer can make the most bespoke choices with a variety of different trims and materials available as options. The launch car features piano black wood veneers, mother-of-pearl inserts and quilted diamond leather.

Under the skin is the familiar 5.0-litre supercharged V8, but Overfinch has added a custom exhaust system with controllable flaps for a snarling soundtrack. There's a range of extra add-ons that can push the price to an even more extreme level.

The Overfinch Range Rover is available to order now in strictly limited numbers. The first example has already been bought and delivered to an undisclosed UK buyer.
