Parrot Asteroid Smart

This double-height system replaces your car’s factory-fit stereo, unlike the Tablet. So you get a 6.2-inch touchscreen, four USB slots, an SD card reader and 3.5mm auxiliary input, but sadly no CD player.

The multi-touch display is easy to use, the menus are intuitive and you can pair two phones with the hands-free simultaneously. The screen shows album art and the voice recognition works well. We don’t think it’s worth £200 more than the Tablet, as you have to ditch your standard stereo.
