New trim levels announced for Peugeot 108

Peugeot has confirmed two new trim levels for the 108 city car, adding personalisation options and finance offers

Peugeot has announced two new trim levels for the 108 city car called Collection and TOP! Roland Garros, introduced as part of a summer promotion pushing the brand’s latest finance deals.

The Collection model comes with a choice of five paint colours - Laser Red, Diamond White, Golden Yellow, Zircon Grey or Tahoe Blue - each accompanied by contrasting interior shades.

The exterior receives new ‘speed’ decals and 15-inch alloy wheels, while on the inside there are colour-matched carpets and door sills, with the addition of a leather steering wheel and gear knob.

Other standard kit includes a seven-inch colour touchscreen, a reversing camera, electric heated door mirrors and Peugeot’s Open and Go keyless entry system.

Two engines are offered in Collection guise - Peugeot’s 1.0-litre or 1.2-litre PureTech petrol units, both mated to a five-speed manual gearbox producing 67bhp and 81bhp respectively.

Meanwhile the range-topping TOP! Roland Garros edition comes with an orange retractable roof - a nod to the clay used at the French grand slam tennis venue - as well as other orange highlights that feature on the mirrors, alloy wheel badging, air vents and upholstery.

Sat-nav, keyless go, automatic air-conditioning, reversing camera and Bluetooth are also included.

While the Collection trim enjoys five colour options, only two colours are available on the TOP! Roland Garros - Diamond White or Raven Black. The more restrictive specsheet also applies to the engine, where only the 1.2-litre variant can be selected.

The 108 Collection starts at £12,180, while customers buying the car on a PCP finance deal will face a deposit contribution of £1,200 and an interest rate of 4.9 per cent APR.

The same applies to the TOP! Roland Garros trim, although in that case prices start from £14,060.
