Mazda MX-5 Recaro 2016 review - pictures

We've been highly impressed by Mazda's brilliant MX-5, and now the Japanese company has launched a range-topping limited edition called the Sport Recaro.

The MX-5 Sport Recaro will be limited to just 600 examples.

The Sport Recaro gains some racy styling add-ons and extra kit over the previous range-topping MX-5.

The car tested here costs £24,295.

The interior has had every bit of equipment thrown at it - sat-nav, climate control, cruise control and a Bose sound system.

Despite the lengthy kit list, the MX-5's interior is still snug, especially for taller drivers.

As the name suggests the MX-5 Sport Recaro is supplied with a pair of figure-hugging heated Recaro sports seats.
