Deal of the Day: new Kia Ceed Sportwagon for a stunning £155 per month

Super-spacious estate is a bargain and our deal of the day for October 4

Kia Ceed Sportswagon
  • £155 per month for 24 months
  • £1,857.48 deposit
  • 5,000-mile per year mileage limit

Kia’s Ceed Sportwagon is one of our favourite small estate cars, but it looks even better at under £155 with the deal we’ve spotted at leasing firm LeaseLoco.

If you don’t do too many miles each year, the 5,000-mile limit will be no problem, while the deposit is a reasonable £1,857.48 upfront.

The Ceed Sportwagon gets a sizeable 625-litre boot - about the same as you’d get in a Ford Focus or Volkswagen Golf Estate -  while with the seats down that rises to 1,694-litres. Build quality is up there with the German model, too.

The deal is on the Sportswagon ‘2’ model, which gets 16-inch alloy wheels, air-conditioning, a 7-inch touchscreen with smartphone compatibility and voice control, plus a 6-speaker sound system, reversing camera, cruise control and autonomous city braking.

The 158bhp 1.5-litre turbocharged three-cylinder engine has an impressive claimed average economy of 50.4mpg, while it’ll get from 0-62mph in just 8.6 seconds with a top speed of 130mph.

When we first drove the Ceed Sportwagon, we liked its comfortable drive, its refinement on the move and the build quality. We reckon it’s a good-looking car, too, with styling inspired by the sporty-looking Kia Stinger. Kia’s confidence in the car’s quality is shown by the brand’s market-leading seven-year warranty, although this is only a two-year lease deal with no option to buy.

The current list price of £23,265 is for the car in Infra Red - a free colour that would probably be our choice anyway. If you were to buy the car on a PCP through Kia’s own scheme, putting down a £2,000 deposit with a 6,000-mile limit each year, you’d get a £3,500 deposit contribution but your monthly payments would still be £407.45 per month over two years. You could hand the car back at that time or pay £12,562.55 to own the car.

As with all our deals of the day, this is a great deal on a car we’re happy to recommend and is independently chosen as a deal of the day. Terms and conditions will always apply, deals are subject to availability and prices are subject to change.
