Citroen Berlingo MPV gains Flair XTR trim level exclusively in the UK

New flagship Citroen Berlingo Flair XTR models join the range priced from £23,600 and only available to UK customers.

Citroen has revealed a new range topping trim level for the Berlingo called Flair XTR.

Exclusively available in the UK, the Flair XTR will sit at the top of the Berlingo range. The 5-seat ‘M’ model will set you back between £23,630 and £26,150 while the XL badged 7-seater costs £25,330 to £27,850.

The Berlingo Flair XTR trim gets the Modutop panoramic glass roof that’s optional elsewhere in the rage. This features an electric blind plus extra storage spaces and lighting, while an additional compartment accessible from the second row of seats is included on the 5-seater.

An opening rear tailgate window also features on the Flair XTR for easier access to the prodigious boot area that measures up to 775 litres in the M model and 1,050 litres in the XL model with all the seats folded. The Berlingo M has the Magic Flat Function means the three individual rear seats can be folded flat at the touch of a button in the boot area.

The Berlingo Flair XTR models get some exterior design changes as well. Airbump panels, XTR badging and 17-inch ‘spin’ alloy wheels are added along with orange fog light surrounds and gloss black finishes for the door mirrors and roof bars. Front and rear scuff plates and dark tinted rear windows complete the look.

In terms of technology, the Flair XTR models come well-appointed with keyless entry and start, a head-up display, automatic dual zone climate control and power folding door mirrors.
