Lamborghini LP670-4 SV

More power and less weight - the Super Veloce is a fitting way to sign off the Murcielago

Before the Murcielago finally bites the dust Lamborghini wanted to make something special. And it did, the LP670-4 SV.

As you may have guessed from the name the SV comes with 670bhp under its exquisitely sculpted glass engine cover, and with an extra 40bhp over the ‘standard’ Murcielago LP640 the SV will hit 60mph in 3.2 seconds.

The increased pace isn’t all down to extra grunt - Lamborghini has lightened the car by using featherweight panels and a super-light exhaust. This knocks 100kg off the standard LP640’s paunch, but adds plenty of weight to its price tag – a cool £250,000 in case you were wondering.
