A little bad weather, of course, is all part of the winter experience and when it comes there's very little the motorist can do except reenforce their stiff upper lip, carry on as normal and, perhaps, take a quick photo for the Auto Express Winter car picture competition.

Hundreds of people entered our photo competition for winter 2014/2015 and we've picked five winners who'll each recieve an AA Winter Car Kit. All of the accepted entries are in the attached gallery on this page with the winners listed beow.

The AA Winter Kit includes winter car essentials like a fold-up snow shovel, a torch, a high-visibility jacket and a thermal blanket to help keep you safe if the winter weather does get the better of your vehicle.
