Bosch has gone its own way with this design, but it works well, particularly when used two-handed. While the direction changer takes a little getting used to, it's worth persevering with as this is a top all-rounder.

There was easy control and lots of power in the screwdriving test, plus good speed and torque with the wire brush. The 2.5Ah batteries saw it among the best for durability, plus it's easy on the wrists at under 1.5kg.
