A great-value kit from Clarke that’s only one piece down on the winning Draper 33057, which is all the more impressive considering this set is cheaper and all the tools are definitely full size. Specifically, most of the tools are 152mm long, the combis stretch to 179mm, and the water pump pliers are a giant 254mm. The grips may look like hard plastic from the seventies, but they’re actually well shaped, have a degree of give and feel almost sticky. In fact, all of the tools here are nice to use, with just the water pump pliers being a little bit too sloppy for our liking.
