The new Subaru Outback has a choice of a 2.5-litre petrol or 2.0-litre diesel engines. Both are four cylinder 'Boxer' units.

The gaping grille gives the Outback plenty of off-road presence.
SE models come with automatic LED headlamps, cruise control and 17-inch alloys while SE Premium adds niceties like keyless entry and a sunroof.
