Nissan Note gets sophisticated look with new Black Edition trim
Nissan is updating its compact hatchback with the new special edition of the Nissan Note; the Black Edition
Based on the mid-grade Acenta, the Nissan Note Black Edition gets a full makeover inside and out, with a host of standard features including Bluetooth, a multi-function leather steering wheel and electric windows. Available in a wide range of colours, the additional styling features on this new special edition hope to add a premium touch to the mini-MPV.
The Dynamic Styling Pack, which includes sporty body-coloured bumpers front and rear, side skirts and black bezel headlights, contributes to the more 'sophisticated' finish on the Black Edition. Other upgrades include a performance-oriented black spoiler, 16-inch alloy wheels, gloss inserts and new door handles and mirror covers.
There is a high quality finish to B and C pillars in, as the name suggests, premium black. This is carried through into the interior with a gloss black centre console, a black headliner and a black gear shift knob.
To personalise this special edition, you can add on the 'Auto Pack', which offers a range of automatic features such as climate control, rain-sensing windscreen wipers, headlamps and front fog lamps.
The Note Black Edition comes with the NissanConnect touch-screen infotainment system and is available with the i-Key remote access with go technology, which allows you to open and close the doors without getting your keys out.
With a starting price of £14,415, the Black Edition is available with four powertrain options in the Note range: the 89bhp 1.5-litre diesel with a manual gearbox, the 1.2-litre 79bhp manual and the 97bhp 1.2-litre supercharged with either a manual or a CVT automatic.
