There’s an LCD readout in the centre of the instrumentation, and it can fade or disappear altogether; it’s expensive to fix.
The glow plugs can fail, and as the originals are usually still fitted, they seize in place. Replacement then becomes a big and very costly job.

Access to the rear seats is tricky, although legroom isn’t bad once you’re there. A saloon or estate is much easier to get in and out of.
