The Fiesta van has recieved a new engine to it's range, the new engine will be based on the 1.6-litre TDCI engine.

At 1.0 cubic metre rear load space in the Fiesta van is similar to hatchback rivals, although small van rivals such as the Citroen Bipper has 2.5 cubic metres of load space.
The 1.6-litre ECOnetic engine will provide 85.6mpg and return only 87g/km CO2.

The Fiesta van has the lowest service intervals of any small van at 12,500 miles.
Earlier versions of the 1.6-litre engine have suffered from turbo lubrication problems.
