It’s also worth noting that Collecting Cars’s premiums and fees are significantly lower than conventional car auctions. The business has already gained the support of several industry-leading professionals, including automotive journalist Chris Harris.

The business was conceived by Edward Lovett, who has worked in the automotive industry throughout his career. His aim with the Collecting Cars brand was to create a community for enthusiasts across Europe to explore the world of collectable cars.

When quizzed about the business’s ethos, he stated: “Collecting Cars is powered by technology but we have assembled a team of people who are – first and foremost – dyed-in-the-wool car enthusiasts.

“We realise the value of every car, no matter how valuable it is – so we encourage anyone thinking about selling their car to contact us to discuss our offer.”
