If a knife is your priority in a multitool, then this Sealey product is well worth looking at.
The twin blades are super sharp and thankfully lock open and, usefully, shut. The conventional multitool struggled in the pliers tests.
The handles are sprung, but the overlapping cutting edges found it tough to snip cables cleanly. Screwdriving was better, and the rounded handles are comfortable to use.
