Scalextric QUICK BUILD Demolition Derby review

There’s an added incentive not to crash your car in this set – you’ll have to rebuild it.

Overall Auto Express rating

3.0

There’s an added incentive not to crash your car in this set – you’ll have to rebuild it. Avoiding a shunt is tricky given that the figure of eight doesn’t have a bridge section, so you have to time your approach to the crossroads perfectly.

While this is fun, the track isn’t as exciting as the Carrera GO!!! Mario Kart set, and the cars aren’t as detailed, either. It also has a poor-quality feel compared to the others we tested, although it’s quick to build.
