As the name suggests, the Halfords took electrical jobs in its stride, but was always going to struggle against more versatile rivals. The cutters weren’t up to chopping wire, and are easily damaged trying. Stripping and cutting flex is easy, though, and the knife is sharp – if only it locked. Still, does what it says on the tin.
