Optimate 5 battery charger review

Belgian producer Optimate has gone its own way with the interface on its chargers, and it’s nowhere near as intuitive as the simple LEDs used by rivals. Behind the confusing array of lights, there is a quick charger with restoration mode and the ability to revive severely flattened batteries. It comes with a fused permanent fit lead, but the well made clips are only part insulated.
